Traders have taken refuge with the police against a gang that cheats mobile traders in Radhanpur city. Police have started investigation on the basis of a written application in Radhanpur police station against the gang who take mobile phones on loan and sell mobile phones on the basis of non-payment of installments and false GST bills.

According to traders, the members of this gang used to buy mobiles on expensive mobile loans of up to Rs 50,000 with a down payment of around Rs 5,000. Then they did not pay the installments of the mobile, due to which the mobile got locked. The accused used to go to the showroom of the mobile company using fake GST bills and fake GST numbers and tried to unlock the locked mobiles. After unlocking, this mobile is around 5.00 per market price

They used to get cash by selling at a low price of thousand rupees. Due to non-payment of loan installments, money of mobile traders was trapped. The traders who have been victimized by this fraud have given a written application to the Radhanpur police station. And has demanded legal action against all the people involved including the mastermind of the gang. Radhanpur Police has conducted an investigation based on this application. After the completion of the investigation, there is a possibility that the facts of this whole matter will come out.
