The 20th season of TV's most popular reality show Bigg Boss is going to start soon and with this, Salman Khan's fees have once again come into the headlines. Like every year, this time too the discussions are intense about his huge earnings for the show. According to reports, Salman Khan has been offered a fee of around Rs 120 crore for the entire season for Bigg Boss 20. Although there has been no official confirmation from the makers regarding this amount, the journey of Salman's fees has been very interesting in itself.

Salman Khan took charge of the show as host from the fourth season of Bigg Boss in 2010. At that time, there were reports of him getting around Rs 2.5 crore per episode. His hosting in the fourth season of Bigg Boss was greatly appreciated by the audience and gradually Salman became the biggest identity of the show. After this, in the fifth and sixth seasons also, his fees were said to be at almost the same level, but from the seventh season onwards, there was a big jump in his earnings. According to reports, for the 12th season of Bigg Boss, there was talk of Salman Khan getting around Rs 300 crore for the entire season, whereas for the 13th season this figure was said to be around Rs 200 crore. Even after this, different claims kept coming forward regarding his fees. With every new season of Bigg Boss, it became clear that Salman Khan has become not just the host of the show but its biggest USP. His weekend episodes and his special style with the contestants remain the major attractions of the show for the audience.

The grand premiere of this season is going to happen from 6th September and Salman Khan will once again be seen classing the contestants in his special style. According to reports, this time many popular TV stars and social media faces may participate in the show. Regarding possible contestants, names like Mouni Roy, Faisal Khan, Kanika Mann, Mahi Vij, Geeta Basra, Jannat Zubair, Mr. Faizu, Sunil Pal, Nia Sharma, Pearl V Puri, Shovik Chakraborty and Rhea Ahir are in discussion.
