New Delhi. Union Minister and Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) President Chirag Paswan has been threatened with death. A letter has arrived by post in Chirag Paswan's office in which it has been written for him that the dreaded terrorists will kill you very soon. Taking this threatening letter seriously, the Union Minister's office has informed the Home Ministry. At the same time, Additional Private Secretary to the Union Minister, Alok has written a letter to the Union Home Secretary and has demanded to increase the security of Chirag Paswan.
Security agencies have also been alerted. At present, efforts are being made to find out where this threatening letter came from and who is the person sending it. There is no mention of any terrorist organization or individual in this letter. Whereas Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) has termed Chirag Paswan receiving death threats as a very serious issue. Chirag's party has demanded from the Union Home Ministry that the person making the threat should be detected as soon as possible and strict legal action should be taken against the culprits. Along with the review, a demand has also been made to increase the security of Chirag Paswan.
Chirag Paswan currently has Z category security. The security of Chirag Paswan's house and office may be increased as a precaution. Let us tell you that this is not the first time that Chirag Paswan has received threats. Earlier also he was threatened once in July 2025, although then he had received a threatening message through social media.
