Cockroach Janata Party takes a big decision after Centre's assurance in Supreme Court, will not hold 'Delhi March' on September 5

New Delhi. A big news has come out in the Supreme Court today. Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) told the court that they are withdrawing their announcement of the march to be held on September 5. CJP spokesperson told the court that this decision has been taken in view of the positive confidence received from the Central Government and the order passed by the court today.

Actually, Cockroach Janata Party had earlier announced to take out a march on 5th September, but today i.e. during the hearing in the Supreme Court on Tuesday, the organization changed its stand. CJP's co-convenor Saurav Das said in the court that keeping in mind the positive assurance received from the government, the judicial dignity of the court and the order passed today, the organization has considered it appropriate to withdraw the call for the march. The Solicitor General also presented his views during the hearing. He said that the protesters had a fear that the government would not fulfill its promise. For this reason he had announced the march. The Solicitor General expressed hope that now that the government has made its point, the protesters will respond positively. He said that now the march can be postponed.

The Chief Justice of India also made important comments in this entire hearing. He said that if both the parties show good spirit then the whole matter can be resolved easily. This comment of the Chief Justice is being considered an important step towards resolving the matter peacefully. After this development, it has now become clear that the proposed march on September 5 will not take place at present. This agreement reached between the government and the organization is being viewed positively in legal and social circles.
