Desi ghee kept at home can be useful for you. With the help of an easy trick, you can prepare a creamy mixture like butter in a few minutes. It can be mixed with sugar candy and offered to Kanha. Ingredients for making butter from ghee

2-3 spoons pure desi ghee, 3-4 spoons ice cold water, 1-2 spoons cold milk or cream, sugar candy as per taste.

How to make butter from ghee?

    • Step 1: To make Makhan Mishri, first take desi ghee in a deep and cold bowl. Keep in mind that the ghee should be completely melted.
    • Second step: Now add cold milk or some cream to it and mix well. After this, add ice little by little and keep beating continuously.
    • Step 3: After beating for about 2-5 minutes, the texture of the mixture will start changing and it will appear light and creamy.
