Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
Saffron – 8 to 10 threads
Chopped pistachios – 2 tbsp
Ghee – 1 tsp

Method
- First of all, crush the cheese well, so that there are no lumps in it. If you want, you can also grate it.
- Put 1 teaspoon ghee in a non-stick pan and heat it lightly. Now add mashed paneer, milk powder and condensed milk to it. Mix everything well.
- Now add 2-3 tablespoons milk and saffron threads in it. Cook the mixture on low flame while stirring continuously. Take care that the mixture does not stick to the bottom of the pan.
- When the mixture thickens and starts leaving the pan, add cardamom powder to it and mix well. After this, turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down a little.
- When the mixture cools down enough to handle with hands, apply a little ghee on the hands. Now take small portions of the mixture and make round laddus.
- Garnish the prepared malai laddus with chopped pistachios. They can be cooled by keeping them in the refrigerator for some time. Now offer these delicious malai laddus to Lord Krishna.
special tip
While making Malai Laddu, cook the mixture on low flame and do not cook for too long, otherwise the laddus may become hard. The fresher and softer the cheese, the more soft and delicious the laddus will be.
