The least likely situation is meeting in the Club World Cup. First, both clubs must qualify. Second, they must be grouped together or meet in the knockouts. But the next edition is in 2029 and the odds of Ronaldo and Messi still playing then are pretty slim.
Pre-Season Friendly
Another option is if Inter Miami and Al-Nassr engage in a pre-season friendly. It can happen in 2027. While the chances are low, one cannot rule it out either. In that event, we will see a clash between Ronaldo and Messi.

The last and most likely scenario is if they are roped in for an exhibition match for charity. The two giants of world football may be asked to take each other on for a good cause.
