Ingredients to make Coriander Panjiri

  • Coriander powder- 2 cups
  • Ghee- ¼ cup
  • Cashews – 10-12 chopped
  • Almonds – 10-12 chopped
  • Makhana- 1 cup
  • Powdered sugar – ½ cup
  • Cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp

Coriander Panjiri Recipe

First step- To make Coriander Panjiri, first take whole coriander and dry roast it on medium flame. Cut cashews, almonds and makhana into small pieces to add to the panjiri.

Second step- Add 1 spoon desi ghee in a pan and fry cashew-almonds and makhana. When the roasted coriander cools down, grind it coarsely in a mixer.
Third step- Now mix ground coriander, dry fruits and powdered sugar in the bowl. Add cardamom powder and remaining ghee to it and mix it well.
Fourth step- Tasty and easy Coriander Panjiri is ready. For this you will not even need to fry flour. Offer this Panjiri to Lord Krishna and later eat it yourself as Prasad.
Fifth step-If you do not like the taste of coriander panjiri alone, then you can also add some roasted flour to it. This Panjiri is not only tasty in taste but is also very beneficial for health.
