Maruti Suzuki is one of the largest car manufacturing companies in the Indian market. The company sells many popular models in different segments. Now Maruti Suzuki is preparing to update its existing model lineup. According to reports, the company may give facelift updates to five vehicles including Baleno, Franko, Ertiga, Invicto and Grand Vitara in the coming time. Along with the design, changes in features and technology can also be seen in these vehicles. Let us know what special is expected in these five models.

Maruti Baleno Facelift
Maruti Suzuki may introduce the facelift version of its premium hatchback Baleno in September. Minor changes are expected to be made in the exterior design of the updated model. This may include a new front grille, updated headlights, new bumper and newly designed alloy wheels.

Many major updates can also be seen in the cabin. It is likely to have features like large infotainment screen, seat ventilation and level-1 ADAS.

However, the situation regarding the engine is not completely clear yet. The company may continue with the existing 1.2-litre, four-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine or add a new three-cylinder petrol engine like the one used in the Swift.

Maruti Front Facelift
Maruti Suzuki Swift is also expected to get a facelift update this year. Along with the exterior design, changes can also be made in the interior and features in the updated fronts.

Features like large infotainment screen, seat ventilation and level-1 ADAS are likely to be added to it. Talking about the powertrain, the existing 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine can be retained.

Maruti Ertiga Facelift
Maruti Ertiga is one of the most popular MPVs of the company and now it is also expected to get a facelift update. Cosmetic changes can be made to the exterior of the new Ertiga, while many new features are likely to be added to the cabin as well.

Many new features can be found in the updated model including 360-degree camera and large touchscreen infotainment screen. However, there is little hope of major changes in its engine and transmission. Like the current model, it may continue to have both manual and automatic transmission options.

Maruti Invicto
Maruti Invicto is also expected to be updated in the coming time. However, complete information about what kind of changes will be made in this model has not been revealed yet.

There is a possibility that the company may include some new features and updated equipment in the Invicto facelift. It also remains to be seen whether the company makes only cosmetic changes in it or introduces its updated version with more features.

Maruti Grand Vitara Facelift
Maruti Suzuki’s mid-size SUV Grand Vitara is also expected to get a facelift update by the end of this year. Many changes can be seen in the external design.

The new Grand Vitara can be given an updated front grille, new headlights, new alloy wheels and modified tail lamps. Apart from this, the cabin is likely to get a larger infotainment screen and a new driver display.

However, no major changes are expected in the powertrain. The existing 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol mild-hybrid and 1.5-litre strong-hybrid petrol engine options may continue in the SUV.
