3. Trouble speaking or understanding: Sudden stammering in speaking, difficulty in understanding words or confusion should not be ignored.
4. Trouble seeing: Sudden blurred vision or double vision can also be a warning sign.
5. Dizziness and loss of balance: Sudden difficulty in walking, severe dizziness or loss of body balance are also included in the symptoms of stroke.

If any of these symptoms appear suddenly then one should not wait considering it to be a normal headache or weakness. Stroke is a medical emergency and it is important to seek hospital help immediately. It may also be useful for the doctor to note the time of onset of symptoms.
