A miracle happened 51 years ago also
The film we are talking about. Its name was Jai Santoshi Maa, which was released in theaters in 1975. That fictional religious film was directed by Vijay Verma and featured actors like Bharat Bhushan, Anita Guha, Ashish Kumar and Kanan Kaushal in lead roles.
Just as Hanuman Ansh made a historic comeback at the box office after two weeks of its release, similarly Jai Santoshi Maa also did wonders. It is said that 51 years ago, Jai Santoshi Maa also did not find audiences in theaters for the initial weeks. But after this, something happened which was no less than a miracle and Jai Santoshi Maa became the first highest-grossing film of the year 1975. Even in terms of profits, Jai Santoshi Maa had left a deep mark and this mythological story movie, made with a budget of just Rs 25 lakh, did a business of more than Rs 5 crore at the box office.
In this way, Jai Santoshi Maa changed the history of Hindi cinema by earning a profit of 1650%. A similar history has been repeated by director Vishal Chaturvedi's latest film Hanuman Ansh.

In 27 days of its release, this movie has made a box office collection of more than Rs. 61 crores, while the budget of the movie is only Rs. 2 crores. In this way, on the basis of cost, Hanuman Ansh has so far been successful in earning a profit of more than 2000%.
