Business Desk – Gold Silver Price Today: The ongoing decline in gold and silver prices for the last few days has seen a break today i.e. Thursday, September 3, 2026. There was a rise in the prices of precious metals in both domestic and international markets. After the rise on MCX on Wednesday night, gold closed at Rs 1,52,544 per 10 grams. Today gold opened at around Rs 1,53,850 per 10 grams.
There was a rise in the price of gold in the international market also. By 7.20 am today, the price of Comex Gold reached $ 4,451.60 an ounce. In such a situation, there has been an increase in the prices of gold and silver in the domestic market also.

Rise in gold and silver on MCX
Silver on MCX opened today with a rise of 1.14% at Rs 2,38,950 per kg. On Wednesday, the price of silver had closed at Rs 2,36,428 per kg.
Whereas on Comex, the price of gold reached $ 4,451.60 per ounce and the price of silver reached $ 66.185 per ounce. That means there is an upward trend in Gold-Silver prices in the international market also.
According to Bullions.co.in, the price of gold is Rs 1,53,020 per 10 grams and the price of silver is Rs 2,36,020 per kilogram. According to Indian Bullion Jewelery Association i.e. IBJA, the price of gold of 999 purity is Rs 15,118 per gram.
