A meeting of District Level Bankers Committee and District Level Review Committee (DLRC) was organized under the chairmanship of Chief Development Officer Jagriti Awasthi in the Collectorate Auditorium. The progress of various government sponsored schemes including CD ratio was reviewed in the meeting.

While reviewing the credit deposit ratio, the Chief Development Officer directed that a letter should be issued to the Controller's Office, Reserve Bank of India (RBI), SLBC and Institutional Finance of those banks whose credit deposit ratio is less than the district average of 46 percent. He instructed all the banks to distribute maximum loans, so that the CD ratio of the district can reach the prescribed standard of 60 percent.

In the meeting, the pending files of Chief Minister Youth Self-Employment Scheme (CM Yuva), MYSY, One District-One Product (ODOP), Chief Minister Village Industries Employment Scheme, Matikala Scheme, CCL to Self-Help Groups, Kisan Credit Card (KCC), PM Swanidhi and PM Surya Ghar Scheme were reviewed bank wise. Giving strict instructions to the banks with high pendency, the Chief Development Officer said that no file should be kept pending for more than 15 days at the branch level. Instructions were also given to provide the list of banks whose files are pending for more than 15 days to the concerned department.

The District Development Officer of the Reserve Bank of India directed that only the nominated District Coordinators of the banks should participate in the meeting and should bring with them complete details of the pending files of government sponsored schemes. Clear reasons should also be presented in respect of each pending file.

The leading district manager instructed all the district coordinators to maintain regular contact with their branches and keep updated information about all the files of government sponsored schemes. He said that maximum number of files should be approved and after loan distribution, details should be immediately updated on the portal, so that the progress can be reflected in the ranking of CM Dashboard.

DDM NABARD, Deputy Commissioner NRLM, District Agriculture Officer, Deputy Agriculture Director, Veterinary Officer, representatives of DIC, District Khadi and Village Industries Officer, representatives of other concerned departments and District Coordinators of banks were present in the meeting.
