Maharashtra Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is investigating the advertisement to Vimal cardamom. The allegation is that the sale of a different product is being promoted by using the name or appearance of other products. FDA had issued notice to Bollywood actors Ajay Devgan, Tiger Shroff and Shahrukh Khan in the matter and sought their reply. Now news is coming that Ajay Devgan and Tiger Shroff have responded to the notice. The FDA is now investigating the responses of both actors. However, till now no response has come from Shahrukh Khan. FDA is waiting for Shahrukh's reply.

Why was the notice sent to the three actors?

FDA had issued notices to the three actors for alleged violation of Advertising and Claims Regulations, 2018. Clarification has been sought from him regarding the advertisement and the claims made in it. If sources are to be believed, Ajay Devgan and Tiger Shroff gave their reply to FDA about two days ago. Now the department is investigating their answers and other aspects to the cases.
