The party says that confidential government documents, draft lists of transfers and information about upcoming government policies were being shared on the mobile phones of brokers and middlemen. Gaurav Bhatia questioned how such sensitive information reached the middlemen.

Complaints lodged many times but FIR not even registered

Bharatiya Janata Party has alleged that ED has written letters to Punjab Police several times, but FIR has not been registered till now. The party claims that this is happening because the allegations are to an officer close to the Chief Minister.
