Ludhiana- Punjab Girls Battalion NCC, Ludhiana, under NCC Group Headquarters Ludhiana, organized a blood donation camp in collaboration with Guru Nanak Blood Center at Government Women's College, Ludhiana. This event reaffirmed NCC's dedication to community service and humanitarian values.
All sections of the college community participated enthusiastically in the camp. A total of 45 units of blood were collected in this day long campaign, in which NCC cadets, college girls, combatants and civil staff members contributed. The Commanding Officer and Staff appreciated the disciplined organizational ability and sense of duty of the cadets. Blood donors were presented with appreciation certificates, symbolizing their selfless contribution in saving lives.
The venue echoed with the NCC motto “Unity and Discipline” as the cadets donned in khaki uniform and green berets assisted the medical teams and inspired classmates to join the noble cause. The camp concluded with a heartfelt gratitude to all the donors and volunteers, marking another milestone in the battalion's continuous efforts in promoting social welfare and public health awareness.
