In September 2026, Volkswagen will offer its cars Rs. 6 lakhs discount is being offered. These offers are available on models like Tigun, Virtus, Tiguan R-Line and Taron. The discount amount varies by model year and variant.

Salient features and terms of the offer

These discounts include cash discounts, exchange bonuses, scrappage bonuses, liquidation support and loyalty benefits. Customers have to follow certain rules while availing discount; Like exchange bonus and scrappage bonus only one option can be selected. Also, both Loyalty Benefit and Corporate Benefit discounts will not be applicable at the same time, customers can choose only one of these discounts.

Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line –Tiguan R-Line

The VW Tiguan R-Line is getting the highest bumper discount of Rs 6 lakh among all the cars of the brand. This package includes Rs. 3.5 lakh cash discount, Rs. 2 lakh exchange bonus and Rs. 50,000 including loyalty benefit. If the customer opts to scrap the old car, instead of exchange bonus Rs. 20,000 will get a scrappage bonus, which will reduce the total discount somewhat.

Volkswagen Tigun- VW Taigun

The MY2025 model of the Tygun is priced at Rs. 3.5 lakhs is getting huge benefit. In this Rs. 2 lakh cash discount, Rs. 1 lakh liquidation support, Rs. 30,000 exchange bonus and Rs. 20,000 loyalty bonus included. MY2026 Tygun at Rs. 1 lakh cash discount and same exchange and loyalty benefits. While the GT Line variant of the updated Tygun is priced at Rs. 20,000 and Topline AT as well as GT Plus DSG Sport at Rs. 25,000 is being offered with a cash discount of Rs. 30,000 exchange or Rs. 20,000 scrappage bonus and Rs. 20,000 loyalty bonus available.

Volkswagen Virtus –VW Virtus

Various discounts are available on the Virtus model as well depending on the model years. MY2025 on Virtus at Rs. 75,000 cash discount while on MY2026 cars Rs. 50,000 cash discount is being given. Besides Rs. 30,000 exchange bonus (or Rs. 20,000 scrappage bonus) and Rs. 50,000 including loyalty benefit. This brings the total discount on MY2025 Topline MT and AT variants to Rs. 1.55 lakhs.

Volkswagen Taron –VW Tayron

There is no direct cash discount on Taron, the company’s flagship car, during the month of September. However, the customer Rs. 1 lakh exchange bonus and Rs. 50,000 can get loyalty benefit. Both of these make the R-Line and Life variants a total of Rs. 1.5 lakhs benefit. If customer wants instead of exchange bonus Rs. 20,000 can also opt for scrappage option.
