2. Indori Poha

Not much material is required to prepare it. Ordinary Poha can be given a complete Indori style by adding special spices and sev on top.
3. Nagpur's Tari Poha

4. Curd Poha of Bihar and Jharkhand
If you do not have much time in the morning or do not feel like cooking anything, then simple dahi poha from Bihar and Jharkhand can be an easy option.

5. Khara Avalakki of Karnataka
In Karnataka, Poha is known as 'Avalakki'. Khara Avalakki is a delicious and easy breakfast, prepared with ingredients like onion, ginger, mustard, chana dal, urad dal and salt.
It is usually garnished with coriander leaves and served with coconut chutney. Due to the spices and seasoning, its taste is quite different from ordinary poha.
