The Delhi High Court has issued a recruitment notification for 150 posts of Senior Private Assistant (SPA) and Private Assistant (PA). **Eligibility Conditions**
*   Candidates from Nepal must possess an eligibility certificate issued by the Government of India.
*   Candidates already employed in government service must inform their respective departments.
*   Upon selection, government employees must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of document verification/interview.

**What are the qualification requirements?**
*   **Senior Private Assistant (SPA):** Must hold a bachelor's degree from a recognized university. A minimum speed of 110 words per minute in English shorthand and 40 words per minute in English typing is required. Proficiency in computer operations is essential.
*   **Private Assistant (PA):** Must hold a bachelor's degree from a recognized university. A minimum speed of 100 words per minute in English shorthand and 40 words per minute in English typing is required.

**What is the age requirement?**
Age relaxation will be provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories for the Delhi High Court Recruitment 2026. Relaxations are as follows: 5 years for SC/ST categories, 3 years for the OBC-NCL category, 10 years for PwD candidates in the General/EWS categories, and 13 years for PwD candidates in the OBC category. Stage 1: English Typing Test    A minimum speed of 40 words per minute (wpm) is required within 10 minutes. Up to 3% errors in the total typed words will be permissible.

Stage 2: English Shorthand Test    Candidates must transcribe a 550-word passage dictated at a speed of 110 wpm over 5 minutes. 45 minutes will be allotted for transcription. Up to 5% errors will be permissible; candidates exceeding 27.5 errors will be disqualified.

Stage 3: Main Examination    The exam will carry 100 marks with a duration of 120 minutes. It will include essay writing, letter writing, grammar and comprehension, and Hindi-English/English-Hindi translation. A minimum of 50% marks is required for the General category, and 45% for Reserved/PwD categories.

Stage 4: Interview    The interview will carry 15 marks. There is no mandatory minimum qualifying mark for this stage.
