Siddharth Nigam is officially taken. The blue-eyed boy of Indian television has found his partner to spend the rest of his life with. On Friday, the actor made his relationship with Riya Thakkar official on social media. They have been dating for two years. Siddharth, being a public figure, kept his relationship with Riya under tight wraps. Introducing his girlfriend to the world, the Dhoom 3 actor shared a dreamy picture with her on Instagram. His industry colleagues congratulated Siddharth. While he is an actor, Riya doesn’t belong to the entertainment fraternity.

Born on January 9 to Bhavesh and Kajal Thakker, a Gujarati couple settled in Mumbai, is a fashion model. According to her LinkedIn profile, she has worked with Kraus Jeans and Jharonka as a model. She was also the Sales Representative at Massakali. Riya has studied Business at Coventry University London and got a fashion degree from MODART International.

 

Riya isn’t very active on social media. She has 61,577 followers on Instagram currently. The fashion model shares pictures of herself and videos of her Navratri garba celebration. Riya has a younger brother, Viraj Thakker.

Siddharth introduced Riya on Instagram with an elaborate note. He wrote, “Two strangers, two lives, and a meeting neither of us knew would become such a beautiful part of our story.” Nigam added that they were destined to meet and ‘somewhere between the ordinary days, the quiet conversations, the laughter and everything in between, something beautiful began to grow.’

He shared, “For a long time, this was just ours. Something we quietly lived, cherished, and let become what it was meant to be. And sometimes, when something has brought so much love, warmth and meaning into your life, you find yourself wanting to let a little of that light out into the world. So, here we are. A little piece of something that has meant so much to us. Somehow, we found each other. And for that, we’ll always be grateful.”

 

Siddharth Nigam was born in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. He lost his father at a young age, and his mother raised him and his elder brother, actor Abhishek Nigam. In 2013, at the age of 13, Siddharth made his debut as Sahir/Samar in Dhoom 3. After that, he did numerous television shows, such as Maha Kumbh: Ek Rahasaya, Ek Kahani, Chakravartin Ashok Samrat, Peshwa Bajirao, Chandra Nandini, Aladdin – Naam Toh Suna Hoga, Baalveer Returns and Hero – Gayab Mode On. Siddharth’s last film was Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan with Salman Khan in 2023.
