Bye Election: By-elections on one Lok Sabha and six Assembly seats on October 6, counting of votes on 9, know which seats are included?

New Delhi. The Election Commission has announced the schedule for holding by-elections on five assembly seats in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and West Bengal and one Lok Sabha seat in Assam. Voting on all these seats will be held on October 6, while counting of votes will be done on October 9.

With the announcement of the election schedule for the by-elections, the election process will begin in the respective areas. According to the program released by the Election Commission, by-elections will be held for five assembly seats in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and West Bengal and one parliamentary seat in Assam.
