The scholarship scheme is being started with the joint efforts of 'Sanju Samson Foundation' and the country's prestigious civil services coaching institute 'Lead IAS Academy'. The aim of this initiative is to ensure that the dream of any promising student of the country to become a civil servant (IAS/IPS) does not remain unfulfilled due to financial constraints or lack of funds. Taking inspiration from his own journey of hard work, dedication and struggle, Sanju has decided to help the next generation of administrative officers.

The selected 1,000 students will not only be given preparation for the exam, but under this program they will also be taught personalized mentorship, skill-based learning, personality development, communication skills, critical thinking and leadership qualities.
