Amazing craze for PM Modi's program, seats filled within an hour, registration done on Bookmyshow for the first time

As soon as digital registration for PM Modi’s Vadodara program started, all the seats were filled within an hour. More than 42 thousand people are in the waiting list.

New Delhi: There is a lot of enthusiasm among the people regarding the program of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to be held in Vadodara on Tuesday. This time, the facility of digital registration has been started for the first time in the program. The special thing is that within just one hour of opening of registration, all the available seats have been booked. Not only this, after this a large number of people have been kept in the waiting list.

Digital booking facility for the first time

Vadodara Municipal Corporation had provided the facility of free online registration through ‘BookMyShow’ to participate in the program. As soon as the registration started, there was a tremendous response from the people and all the seats were booked within about an hour. After this the registration was closed. According to the information, more than 42 thousand people have been kept in the waiting list.

There are preparations to keep the entry in the program completely digital. Registered people will be provided digital M-Ticket on their BookMyShow account. This ticket will have a live QR code, which will be used for verification during entry.

The process of registration, ticket verification, entry into the venue and seating in the program will be managed through technology. The aim of the organizers is to control the crowd as well as make the entry of people fast and orderly.

Gift of projects worth crores

Talking about PM Modi’s schedule, the Prime Minister will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of many development projects during his visit to Gujarat and Maharashtra. Along with this, he will also address a public meeting in Vadodara along with dedicating various projects to the nation.

These projects include three important sections of the 326 km long Western Dedicated Freight Corridor (WDFC). Their development cost is said to be more than Rs 20,700 crore. Along with this, these include Sanand (North)-Makarpura, New Umargaon-New Saphale and New Saphale-Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA) sections. The commencement of these rail sections is expected to improve the movement of goods between ports and industrial areas, reduce transportation costs and reduce pressure on Mumbai’s rail network. During this period, PM Modi will also flag off several goods train services and a new train service between Vadodara-Tanda Road.
