How to change name or address if it is wrong?

If the name, address or other information is incorrect in your ration card, then first go to the official website of the Food and Civil Supplies Department of your state.
There you may see the option of Ration Card, RCMS, Correction or similar online services.
By going to this option one has to fill the ration card number and other required information.
After this, an application can be made to correct the incorrect information through the available correction service.
