Suzuki Gixxer Range: New dual-tone color for the Suzuki Gixxer range; Know the price and features

The Suzuki Gixxer range gets an attractive dual-tone color to give the bikes a sportier look, the company said.
The Gixxer 250 and SF 250 get a 6-speed gearbox with 26.1 bhp power, so the performance is strong.
The Gixxer SF 250 FFV is capable of running ethanol blended fuel up to E85 and offers an alternative fuel option.

The Suzuki Gixxer range, which has created a distinct identity in the Indian two-wheeler market, has now received a fresh new color scheme. Suzuki Motorcycle India has introduced a new color scheme for the 150cc, 250cc and flex-fuel models of the Gixxer family. Interestingly, the company has this time focused on offering more attractive options to customers without making major changes to the engine or design.

Gixxer and Gixxer SF get a new Metallic Oort Gray + Pearl Blaze Orange dual-tone color. On the other hand, Gixxer 250, Gixxer SF 250 and Gixxer SF 250 FFV have been given a new color scheme of Glass Sparkle Black + Metallic Oort Grey. A single-tone option, Glass Sparkle Black, has also been made available for the Gixxer SF 250 FFV.

Coming to the pricing, the Gixxer has a starting price of ₹1.37 lakh ex-showroom Delhi. Gixxer SF is priced at ₹1.41 lakh, Gixxer 250 at ₹1.85 lakh and Gixxer SF 250 at ₹1.93 lakh. While the flex-fuel Gixxer SF 250 FFV has been priced at ₹1.98 lakh.

The company has also announced some benefits for the customers. Benefits up to ₹1,500 on Gixxer and Gixxer SF, while up to ₹3,000 on Gixxer 250 and Gixxer SF 250. Apart from this there are some finance options available with interest rates starting from 5.99%.

In terms of features, the Gixxer and Gixxer SF are powered by an OBD-2B compliant 155cc engine that churns out 13.4 bhp of power and 13.8 Nm of torque. It gets features like Suzuki Ride Connect, LED lighting, disc brakes and single-channel ABS. The 250cc models have 26.1 bhp of power, 22.2 Nm of torque and a 6-speed gearbox. Whereas the FFV model can run on ethanol blended fuel up to E85 with 27.5 bhp and 22.5 Nm of torque.
