Huawei Smartphone Launched : Tech company Huawei has launched yet another new tri-fold phone. This new phone of the company has been introduced with the name Huawei Mate XT 2 Ultimate Design. The company has also launched a tri-fold smartphone in the past. The now-launched Huawei Mate XT 2 Ultimate Design is said to be an upgrade of the Mate XT, which became the world's first mass-market tri-fold model last year.

Huawei Mate XT2 Ultimate Design Price

The company has launched the base variant of this new tri-fold phone in China at a starting price of CNY 19,999 i.e. around Rs 2.81 lakh. It offers 16GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. While the 512GB variant is priced at CNY 21,999 i.e. around Rs 3.09 lakh and the 1TB storage variant is priced at CNY 23,999 i.e. around Rs 3.38 lakh. The 1TB storage variant with Privacy Display of the device is priced at CNY 24,999 which is around Rs 3.52 lakh. Huawei Mate XT 2 Ultimate Design Specifications and Features

Display

Talking about the features and specifications of the new tri-fold phone, it will have a 10.2-inch OLED display with 3K resolution once the phone is fully opened. Along with this, this phone will also get support for 1-120Hz LTPO adaptive refresh rate and high-frequency PWM dimming. The handset has a new design that folds inwards. When folded, the phone sports a 6.5-inch covered display on the outside, with an aspect ratio of 4:3. The handset will also get a privacy screen feature, which can limit the side viewing angle. So that people around can't see what's showing on the screen.

Ram

This time, the folding mechanism of the new device has been changed compared to the old model. Where the original Mate XT had an outward-folding design, the new model features an inward-folding design. The handset is powered by a Kirin 9050 Pro chipset built on LogicFolding architecture. 16GB RAM is being offered in all the variants.

For photography, the Huawei Mate XT 2 Ultimate will get a quad rear camera in an octagonal module of design. The device will get a 50-megapixel primary camera. The phone will also feature variable aperture, OIS and OIS color filter array. The phone will also get a 40-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom, and a dedicated multi-spectral-channel true-to-color sensor.
