Tezzbuzz Desk – Bollywood's Khiladi Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan's most awaited film 'Haivaan' is going to hit the theaters soon. The film will be released on September 11. The special thing is that in this film, Akshay Kumar is going to be seen in a strong negative character, not for the first time, while Saif Ali Khan is in the lead role. Now before the release, the film has also got the green signal from the censor board.
Green signal received from censor board
'Haivaan' has received the certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification i.e. CBFC on 8th September. The film has been given UA 16+ certificate. This means that children under 16 years of age can watch the film under parental guidance. Along with passing the Censor Board, information about the runtime of the film has also been revealed.
The runtime of Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan starrer 'Haivaan' is 164.07 minutes i.e. about 2 hours 44 minutes and 7 seconds. This is a crime-thriller film directed by Priyadarshan. The film is produced by KVN Production.
'Haivaan' is the Hindi remake of Priyadarshan's 2016 Malayalam film 'Oppam'. Mohanlal and Samuthirakani were seen in the lead roles in the original film.
Akshay-Saif will be seen together after 18 years
'Haivaan' is also special because Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan are going to be seen together on the big screen after almost 18 years. Both were last seen together in the film 'Tashan' released in 2008.
Now after such a long gap, it is going to be special for the audience to see their pairing on screen. Akshay's negative role has further increased the excitement about the film.
'Haivaan' is being released at a time when 'Mirzapur: The Movie' is dominating the box office. Released on September 4, the film has collected a net collection of Rs 109.75 crore in just four days.
Now after the entry of 'Haivaan' on September 11, there will be a competition between the two films at the box office. It will be interesting to see whether Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan's 'Haivaan' can stop the storm of 'Mirzapur: The Movie' or not.
