Mankapur, Gonda. Under the Mission Shakti Campaign 5.0, which is being run under the instructions of the Uttar Pradesh Government and the direction of Superintendent of Police Gonda Abhishek Jha, with the aim of making them aware about the safety and rights of women and girls, the Mission Shakti team of Police Station Khodare established communication with the girl students at Kisan Inter College Pipraismile.
During the program, the girl students were told about measures to protect themselves from molestation, women harassment, juvenile delinquency, cyber crime and other incidents. The team motivated the girl students to immediately contact the police and helplines instead of panicking in any adverse situation. Besides, awareness pamphlets were distributed giving information about Mission Shakti Kendra being established at each police station.
The team informed the students about important helpline numbers including 112, 1090, 181, 1098, 1076, 102, 108 and cyber helpline 1930. Feedback forms were also filled to know the problems and suggestions of the girl students.
