The Supreme Court clearly said that if Rajpal Yadav deposits ₹5 crore in the court registry by tomorrow, he will not be jailed for the time being.

What is the condition of Supreme Court to get relief?

While hearing the case, the Supreme Court has set a strict condition for actor Rajpal Yadav to get relief. According to the court’s instructions, if he deposits Rs 5 crore in the registry by tomorrow i.e. 9th September, he will not be taken into custody. The Supreme Court has also issued notice to the other party on Rajpal Yadav’s petition and sought their opinion. The next hearing on the case has now been fixed for September 15.

Delhi High Court sentenced

Earlier, Delhi High Court had given a big blow to Rajpal Yadav in this check bounce case. The High Court had ordered him to return about Rs 7.5 crore to the complainant. However, immediately after the verdict, the High Court gave him two months time to appeal in the Higher Court.
