With this inning, Naman has now become the Indian batsman to score the highest score in T20 cricket history. In this matter he has left everyone behind including Abhishek Sharma and Shubman Gill. However, he missed breaking Chris Gayle’s record by just 3 runs. If he had scored 3 more runs, he would have become the batsman who played the biggest innings in the history of T20 cricket. Currently, Gayle holds the record for the highest score in T20, who played an unbeaten inning of 175 runs in 66 balls against Pune Warriors in IPL 2013, which included 13 fours and 17 sixes.
