UP Congress Membership : In the preparations for the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly elections 2027, all the parties are actively fixing the problems of their party. New faces are continuously joining the Congress which is trying to strengthen its support base in the state. South actress Zara Khan also joined the party in the presence of state president Ajay Rai during a special program organized at the state Congress headquarters in Lucknow. In the same sequence, former IAS officer of UP cadre, Dr. Rakesh Verma also joined the Congress party. Both of them were inducted into the Congress in the presence of State President Ajay Rai. Other people also took membership of the Congress in a special program.

At the same time, South actress and social worker Zara Khan took membership of Congress through State Vice President of Minority Department and East Zone in-charge Haseeb Khan. On this occasion, UP Congress President Ajay Rai welcomed both the new members into the party and wished them all the best.

Congress leader and State Vice President of Minority Department, Haseeb Khan said that people are continuously joining Congress after being influenced by Rahul Gandhi. He claimed that the Congress caravan is continuously increasing. Congress stands with the students and youth at every step.
