New Delhi. Former Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and coaching guru Awadh Ojha has given a sharp reply to Bollywood actress Swara Bhasker on her controversial statement regarding Jauhar. He advised the Bollywood actress to read history and said that then she would know how great a community those Rajputanis were in the world. The exorcist said that one who conquers death becomes God.

swara bhaskar don't do useless things
Now Awadh Ojha has also replied to Swara Bhaskar. He said in a video, 'One is our sister Swara Bhaskar ji. He said that those Rajputani women were cowards. Sister, read history. Read Khajanul Fatuh. Read Khazainul Fatuh once. Read the lectures of Amir Khusro. Then you will know how great a community those Rajputanis were? Sister, one who conquers death becomes God. You read it again. What should I say now? You should correct your knowledge again and avoid such comments. The specialties of your country, Jauhar is the biggest in the world… (after pausing for a few moments) If perhaps you could not understand or someone has misled you, then you should avoid all these things a little. Don't be misled and give wrong statements. I appeal to you not to do such things unnecessarily.
However, Swara Bhaskar later clarified that her comment on social media was wrongly translated. He never called Queen Padmavati or other women who committed Jauhar as 'cowards'. He had said that this comment was made in the context of Jauhar shown in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's film 'Padmavat'. Jauhar was a practice associated with some traditions of the Rajput community, in which women would commit mass self-immolation to avoid capture, slavery or sexual violence when defeat in war seemed certain. After this statement, Swara Bhaskar came under attack from BJP, Hindu organizations and Rajput society.
Moving forward in this sequence, he said about the Hindu-Muslim thinking that the freedom fighters would be sad to see this. After this he said that I pray that God should not bring me to power. I pray daily. Ojha further says that seeing the condition of today's India, I ask God every morning and evening that God should neither bring us to power nor make us sit in power. No, I will dispose of 30-40 crore people just like this. Misbehavior will not be tolerated at all in the country. Now God's play is ahead, God's will. If by mistake he put 30-40 crores on the throne of the country then….

Awadh Ojha is now praying to God that he should never come to power. While saying this in a video, the famous teacher himself has given an interesting reason. Ojha said that he cannot tolerate misbehavior and if he comes to power, he will dispose of 30-40 crore people like this, hence he is praying to God now.
Let us tell you that Awadh Ojha was heartbroken after his defeat against the BJP candidate in the 2025 assembly elections from Patparganj seat on AAP ticket. Ojha soon started distancing himself from politics and after a few months, he severed ties with AAP and announced his retirement. However, he has often expressed his desire to go to Rajya Sabha through gestures and even openly. In such a situation, his statement of praying not to come to power is quite interesting.
Awadh Ojha said that a Hindu should become a good Hindu and a Muslim should become a good Muslim, he should become such that people praise him. He said, brother, if you are a Hindu then do something that makes you feel proud of being a Hindu. If you are a Muslim then do something that the world will praise that a Muslim should be like this. How Hindu was Swami Ramakrishna Paramhansa, Ramanand ji, how Muslim was Rahim… You will believe only if you destroy the country.
What did Awadh Ojha say on religious and casteist thinking?
Ojha said that people are fighting on Hindu-Muslim lines and the freedom fighters must be feeling sad to see this. He said, 'How much fighting is going on outside today between Hindus and Muslims… I sometimes think that those people who fought for our freedom, Sardar Bhagat Singh, Ashfaq Ullah Khan, Rajendra Lahiri, Subhash Chandra Bose, Mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, VD Savarkar… Now when they would be watching from above, all these people would be feeling very sad that they have done wrong. We fought for Brahmins? We fought for the Dalits? We fought for Muslims? We fought for the warlords? We fought for India. We fought for Indians.
