Social media has become a place where people now don’t come to interact with other people. Instead, a lot of people use it as a place to boast about their wealth, power and also show stunts to gain attention. Unfortunately, for these people, sometimes they get caught as well. Recently, a video has become viral from Gujarat, where a goon wearing a lot of gold ornaments and flaunting his Toyota Fortuner was arrested by the authorities and was paraded on a public road.

The video showing the man who flaunted his gold ornaments and his SUV on a video has been shared on X by OC Updates on their page. It starts off with a man wearing a thick gold chain with a very large pendant and a massive bracelet coming out of a restaurant.

In this short clip, the man was smoking a cigarette while walking and then posing in front of the public while holding the cigarette. Soon after this, the man is shown walking towards his white-coloured Toyota Fortuner SUV. He then sits inside his SUV and then drives away.

Soon after this, in the second part of the clip, we can note that the same man was coming out of a Mahindra Bolero of Gujarat Police. He was accompanied by a number of police officers and was paraded on the road. We can note that he also had scars on his face, and he was not wearing any gold ornaments.

The name of this man in the video, who was first seen flaunting his wealth and then getting paraded, is Jafar Pathan. He is famous on Instagram for his tag as “Golden King” of Surat, Gujarat. Pathan has over 18 lakh followers on Instagram and regularly shares videos where he shows off himself as a wealthy don.

He has shared a number of reels online in which he flaunts his thick gold chains. Pathan is also seen walking around with his entourage and also flaunts his Toyota Fortuner and other cars.

Now, the reason he is also popular is that he has been involved in multiple cases where complaints were registered against him and he was absconding from the authorities. On this particular occasion, however, he was caught by the police and was paraded to teach him a lesson. What happened afterwards has not been revealed.

As mentioned above, a lot of people have forgotten that social media is not a place where you have to just flaunt your wealth or power. Instead, it was made to connect with close people who lived far away. And also connect with people who share similar interests and hobbies.

However, in recent years, people have been using social media as a place to share only their achievements.
