The ad said to the migrants, 'Leave the country yourself or suffer the consequences.' The reference to a particular community by addressing 'Mr Singh' sparked outrage on social media.

Needless to say, this is part of a larger campaign by the Trump administration aimed at encouraging illegal immigrants to voluntarily leave the US. The Department of Homeland Security is campaigning using the slogan “Voluntarily Return, or Face the Consequences.” DHS also released a short video generated with AI.
