Women’s Asia Cup 2026 IND-W vs BAN-W Playing 11: Harmanpreet Kaur-led India will square off against Nigar Sultana-led Bangladesh in the 1st semi-final played at Dubai International Stadium, Dubai.

Both sides have played impressive cricket in the ongoing Asia Cup campaign. India topped Group A of the Women’s Asia Cup 2026 points table, while Bangladesh secured second spot in Group B.

The cricketing sides have met on 24 occasions where India Women having 21 wins while Bangladesh Women have 3 wins.

Bangladesh Women won the toss and opted to bowl. Speaking at the toss, Nigar Sultana said, “We wanted to bowl first, and we wanted to give our bowlers the wicket to work on. We are looking to play good cricket. We have good memories. It could be the last or not the last game, but we want to play and execute well.”

While speaking on today’s Bangladesh cricket team playing 11, Sultana said, “We are playing the same team. We want to restrict India to a low score.”

On the other hand, Harmanpreet Kaur said, “We thought of batting first. Glad we got it. T20 is such a game that you can’t take any team lightly.”
