**Mandatory Conditions**
**Minimum Marks:** Candidates must have secured at least 55% marks in their final graduation examination. A minimum of 50% marks is required for SC candidates.

**Work Experience:** Candidates must have at least 4 years of relevant experience as a Secretarial Assistant, Secretary, or in a similar role after obtaining their graduation degree, calculated as of July 1, 2026.

**Exclusions from Experience:** Periods of training, apprenticeship, and internships will not be counted as work experience.

**Proof of Experience:** Candidates are required to upload details of their work experience on the organization's official letterhead.

**Final Year Students:** Candidates currently in the final year of their graduation or post-graduation cannot apply for this recruitment.

**Higher Qualifications:** Candidates will not receive any additional benefit for possessing qualifications higher than the prescribed requirement. Furthermore, claims regarding the equivalence of other qualifications will not be accepted.

**Age Limit Criteria**
The maximum age limit for General, OBC (NCL), and EWS category candidates applying for the RCF Assistant Officer post is 32 years. The maximum age limit is 37 years for SC candidates and 35 years for OBC (NCL) candidates.
