Actress Samyuktha is turning 30 on Friday and has decided to mark the milestone without elaborate celebrations. Instead, she plans to spend the day following the routines that give her a sense of calm, beginning with an early Kalari class before moving on to her Sadhana and Pooja. The actor, known for performances in films such as Bimbisara, Bheemla Nayak, Vaathi and Virupaksha, said she wants the occasion to remain personal and centred on the things she enjoys.
A Birthday Built Around Her Daily Practices
Speaking about her plans, Samyuktha said she intends to wake up early and attend her Kalari class before continuing with her spiritual practices. She also plans to maintain her routine into the evening rather than stepping away from it for a large celebration.
“This year, I want to keep my birthday very simple and close to myself,” she said, explaining that the day will begin with Kalari before Sadhana and Pooja. Her plans reflect a preference for familiar activities rather than a packed birthday schedule.
For the actor, the occasion is less about arranging a grand event and more about spending time in an environment where she feels comfortable. That approach, she said, allows her to remain connected to herself while enjoying the day at her own pace.
Samyuktha Says She Enjoys Her Own Space
The actor also spoke about how her perspective on birthdays and personal time has evolved. Samyuktha said she has come to appreciate being in her own space and making room for activities that provide peace.
“I’ve realised that I genuinely enjoy being in my own space and following the things that bring me peace,” she said. Rather than making elaborate arrangements, she wants to remain grounded and present throughout the day.
Samyuktha added that simply being present feels like the right way for her to celebrate this particular birthday. Her comments suggest that the milestone will be marked through reflection and routine rather than a conventional celebration surrounded by extensive plans.
Several Projects Await the Actress
While her birthday plans are deliberately low-key, Samyuktha’s professional calendar remains busy. She is set to appear in the Amazon Original Guvvala Cheruvu Ghat, adding another project to her growing screen career.
She will also feature in Swayambhu, a historical period drama in which she plays a warrior. The role represents another opportunity for the actor to explore a character in a period setting.
Another project, The Black Gold, is described as a character-driven film and is expected to take her into a different creative space. Together, the projects give Samyuktha a varied lineup across different genres and formats.
From Malayalam Debut to South Indian Cinema
Samyuktha began her acting career with the Malayalam film Popcorn. She subsequently appeared in films across Malayalam, Telugu and Tamil cinema, building recognition through a series of commercially successful projects.
Her credits include Kalki, Edakkad Battalion 06, Bheemla Nayak, Kaduva, Bimbisara, Gaalipata 2, Vaathi and Virupaksha. Her performance in Virupaksha earned her the Santosham Film Award for Best Actress.
The actor was most recently seen in Nari Nari Naduma Murari, directed by Ram Abbaraju. As she enters her 30s, Samyuktha has both an established body of work behind her and several new projects lined up, while choosing to celebrate the latest personal milestone in a notably simple way.
