'Palli Pachari' of Andhra Pradesh
You will need dry roasted peanuts, dry chillies, tamarind, garlic, curry leaves, salt, oil and mustard.
Put peanuts, dry chillies, tamarind, garlic and salt together in a mixer. Mix water little by little, beat it slightly thick. On the other hand, heat some oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. When the mustard starts to boil, fry it with the curry leaves for a few seconds. Now pour this broth over the chutney and mix well.
This chutney goes well with dhosa or idli. Jumpesh should be eaten with ghee and rice.
Peanut-coconut chutney
In addition to all the ingredients in the previous recipe, it will require grated coconut and green chillies.
Dry roast groundnuts. Grind peanuts, grated coconut, green chillies, garlic, tamarind and salt in a mixer with little water. Then heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. When the mustard boils, fry a little with curry leaves, pour the boiling chutney over it.

Tomato-peanut chutney
In this case, ripe tomatoes will be used instead of coconut. The procedure is almost the same. Fry chopped tomatoes, dry chillies, garlic and green chillies in a pan with little oil. When the tomatoes become soft, turn off the heat and let it cool.
Now grind dry roasted peanuts, tomato mixture, tamarind and salt in a mixer. Add little water as needed. Finally, pour mustard and curry leaves over the chutney.
Mint-coriander and groundnut chutney
In this case lemon juice is needed in addition to mint, coriander leaves. Add roasted peanuts, mint, coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic, cumin seeds, lemon juice and salt to the mixer. Beat it smooth with little water. Such delicious green chutney mela var. Apart from the usual rice and bread, this chutney can be eaten with meat and fish kabar.

Peanut 'Farali' Chutney
This recipe is quite a bit different. Apart from the basic ingredients, it only requires boiled potatoes and lemon juice.
Grind roasted peanuts, green chillies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds and salt in a mixer. Now rub the boiled potatoes with your hands and mix this mixture well. Make a chutney-like consistency with little water. At the end, add lemon juice and serve. Once you eat such rare flavored chutney, you will want to eat it again and again.
