Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi will launch the Note 17 Pro series in India on September 15. There will be two models in the series, which will be offered with Snapdragon chipset, IP69K rating and battery up to 10,000mAh.

Take: Redmi Note 17 Pro series will be launched in India on September 15. Xiaomi has shared information about the processor, IP69K rating and other features of the series before the launch. Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 chipset will be available in Redmi Note 17 Pro and Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 chipset will be available in Pro Max. Both models will have batteries up to 10,000mAh and TÜV SÜD 5-Star Titan Quality certification.

Two models will be available in Redmi Note 17 Pro series

Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi will launch two smartphones under the Note 17 Pro series in India. These include Redmi Note 17 Pro and Redmi Note 17 Pro Max. The company has already teased the design of both the phones and now information about their processor and protection rating has also been revealed.

Redmi has made the microsite live for the upcoming series, where key features of the phone are being teased. According to the company, Redmi Note 17 Pro will have Qualcomm’s octa-core Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 chipset, while Note 17 Pro Max will be offered with Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 processor.

IP69K rating and up to 10,000mAh battery

Both smartphones will be launched with IP69K rating. Apart from this, the phone will also get TÜV SÜD 5-Star Titan Quality certification and Corning Glass protection.

Redmi has already confirmed that the smartphones in the series will have a battery of up to 10,000mAh. The company claims that in normal use the phone can provide up to 4 days of battery life on a single charge.

Dual rear camera setup will be available in both models. The Pro Max model will have a photochromic color-changing rear panel, which will be available only in Secret Sunshine color variant.

Same design, punch-hole display

The design of Redmi Note 17 Pro and Note 17 Pro Max will be almost similar. Both phones will have a square camera module in the top-left corner with a flat rear panel. It has been confirmed to get a punch-hole display for the selfie camera.

Launching in India on 15th September

Redmi Note 17 Pro and Redmi Note 17 Pro Max will be launched in India on September 15. During the launch, the company can share information to the price and other specifications of both the smartphones.
