The IIT JAM 2027 exam is scheduled for February 14 and will be conducted in two shifts. The first shift will take place from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, and the second shift from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Candidates may appear for one or two test papers.

Why is IIT JAM conducted?
IIT JAM is primarily conducted for admission into postgraduate and PhD courses at IITs. Currently, for the 2027-28 academic session, JAM 2027 is being organized for admission to 89 postgraduate courses across 23 IITs.

Candidates who have completed their undergraduate degree or are appearing for the final examination of their qualifying degree in 2027 are eligible to appear for JAM 2027 and can register for the exam.

Documents required for IIT JAM 2027 registration
