Arsenal have confirmed a pre-contract agreement for Andria Bartishvili, while Richarlison is now expected to stay at Tottenham and Manchester United continue to retain hope of a move for Lewis Hall. According to The Sun, Arsenal have brought in BCG to assess the club’s finances and identify possible savings.

The 17-year-old Georgian is set to arrive in July 2027. He currently plays for Kolkheti 1913 and is on loan at Iberia 1999, and has drawn comparisons with Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. Arsenal are also still keen on Eli Junior Kroupi, who is out with a foot injury until November, and the club could return with an approach in January.

Martin Zubimendi could push for an exit from Arsenal amid interest from Chelsea. Chelsea are also reported to be looking at Marc Bernal in January as a possible replacement for Enzo Fernandez after handing Pedro Neto a contract extension. Liverpool may now find themselves competing with Chelsea for both Lamine Camara and Manu Kone.

Richarlison’s proposed switch to Vasco Da Gama fell through because of personal terms, meaning he is now likely to remain until at least January. He had asked Roberto De Zerbi to look into possible options and was left out of Spurs’ 25-man Premier League squad while negotiations were ongoing. Lucas Bergvall has since signed a new contract after a U-turn.

Granit Xhaka said he turned down Chelsea because he felt he had unfinished business at Sunderland. “When I signed the contract here, there was a plan behind the scenes, and the plan was to stick to this project, to believe in this project, and to work for this project,” he said on the Sports Agents Podcast.
