New Delhi: The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has taken a big step to promote digital payments and make people's everyday lives easier. Now if your You can make payment even if the phone's internet recharge is over or there is no network. rbi has launched a new feature called 'UPI Tap and Pay'.
