Aadhaar Update: Pay to update Aadhaar soon.
Currently, no government or private job is done without an Aadhaar card. An Aadhaar card must be shown first as proof. If there is any mistake in your Aadhaar or you want to update some information in it, you can do it online or offline. It can be done free of charge. But the information is that they will collect the money from the government within a few days. Then you will not be able to do any free Aadhaar card updates. You can find all the information on the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) website.
But remember that only the address can be updated online on the Aadhaar website. It requires an Aadhaar-registered mobile number. If the mobile number is not linked, first visit the nearest Aadhaar Seva Kendra, and link it with the Aadhaar card.
How to Update Aadhaar Online:
- For this first visit the UIDAI website (https://uidai.gov.in).
- Click on the ‘My Aadhaar’ tab.
- Select the ‘Update Your Service’ option.
- Click on ‘Update Your Aadhaar Address’ link.
- You can update UID details, and address from this link.
- Click on Login option. Login by entering Aadhaar number, captcha code.
- An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number for login. You can log in only by entering the OTP.
- After login, you will get an aadhaar details update, address option.
- Go to this option and upload new address, required documents.
- After that, click on submit and select the payment option.
- After payment, a Service Request Number (SRN) will be generated.
- Aadhaar update request can be tracked through SRN.
