Ravinder Saini Jhajjar, March 4 In a major breakthrough, the district police, in a joint operation with the Special Cell of Delhi Police and Special Task Force (STF), Haryana, today managed to arrest two suspects in the killings of INLD state chief Nafe Singh Rathi and his close aide Jai Kishan, at Barahi level crossing in Bahadurgarh town, on February 25. The accused, identified as Ashish and Sachin, alias Sourav of Nangloi (Delhi), were nabbed in Goa and believed to be associated with the notorious Kapil Sangwan, alias Nandu gang.
