Nepal, March 18 (Tezzbuzz Reporter) An incident of murder of three women has come to light in the last three days in a city in the southern part of Nepal. Since the police could not solve the mystery of one murder, the second and third murders were carried out.

This case of serial murder is from Sirha Municipality of Sirha district. Last Friday at 2 o’clock in the night, the police got the news that the dead body of a woman, the operator of the same hotel, was lying in a hotel room and eyewitnesses also told the police that the woman’s husband had run away screaming from the hotel room. Sirha DSP Ravindra Raj Pandey said that the body of 32-year-old Anita Sah has been recovered from the room of the New Star Hotel run by her. Police said that the deceased woman was murdered by being attacked with a sharp weapon. There were many wound marks on the woman’s body and head and her body was soaked in blood. In this case, the police have arrested 35-year-old Mahendra Sah, husband of the deceased woman. During interrogation, he confessed to killing his wife.

The police were still solving the mystery of this murder when they got the news of the murder of a 60-year-old woman in Golbazar of Sirha last Saturday. DSP Pandey said that Nirmala Yadav, an elderly woman working in the fields, was murdered by hitting her on the neck with a grass cutting sickle. In this case, on the basis of suspicion, the police have taken her husband Ramudgar Yadav into custody and are interrogating her. Another suspect has been detained in the same case. The police is busy investigating the reasons for the murder.

While these two murder incidents were being discussed in Sirha, another murder incident on Sunday shocked the entire city. In the third murder incident in three days, the husband of the woman who was murdered has also been accused. DSP Ravindra Raj Pandey said that the news of murder of 40 year old Kumiya Devi, resident of Sitapur in Sirha was received. Kumiya Devi’s body was found in her house at 4 pm on Sunday. When the police reached the spot, he was murdered by hitting him with an ax at more than a dozen places on his body and neck. Police arrested her husband, 55-year-old Ramsheetal Ram, on Monday morning. He has confessed to killing his wife. The police have produced him in Sirha District Court today and taken him on remand.
