WhatsApp is working on adding a new feature to transcribe voice notes, according to details shared by a feature tracker. The latest Android version of the app reveals a new feature that is in development, which will provide searchable text transcripts of voice notes, that could come in handy when listening to them is not an option. WhatsApp will also transcribe voice notes on your smartphone, preserving end-to-end encryption.
