WhatsApp Privacy Checkup: If you want to stay safe on WhatsApp, then follow these tips, and your account will remain secure.

Meta WhatsApp keeps bringing many new features for security and privacy. To make it more secure, the company has recently introduced many features about which users are not aware. All users should know about these features available on WhatsApp. For this, Meta has recently introduced the Privacy Checkup feature. This feature gives users the option to review and manage privacy settings, where users can see who can see their information.

According to a blog post, the WhatsApp Privacy Checkup feature informs users about all the privacy options available in WhatsApp's Settings. With this, users can see the protection they want for their privacy. Apart from this, users will have complete control over what they are sharing with others and what they are receiving.

If you want to see what features in Privacy Settings are useful to you, let's take a look.

First of all, click on the 'Start Checkup' option in Privacy Settings.

This will take you to a screen where you can choose who can contact you, who can add you to groups, and who you've blocked. You can manage all these options. You can edit any of your personal information here. Like profile photo, last seen, online status, and read receipt. Additionally, you can also add multiple privacy options to your chats and groups, such as invisible messages, end-to-end encrypted backups, and more.

These are the privacy options available on WhatsApp.

First of all, go to WhatsApp settings.
Click on Account and tap on Privacy.
Scroll down and tap Blocked Contacts.
Now tap on the top-right corner.
Now select Unknown from your contacts.
Now tap on Block.
turn on the screen lock
Open Privacy by tapping Account in Settings.
Scroll down and tap Screen Lock.
Tap the Face ID/Touch ID toggle to unlock.
If you want to lock the screen for some time, you will also get the duration option for this.
With this, you can enable two-factor authentication (2FA).
go to Settings.
Open Two-Step Verification by tapping on Account.
Now enable two-step verification.
Now enter the 6-digit PIN and click on Next.
Enter your email address here and click Next.
Now you will receive a verification code by mail. Enter the same code as on WhatsApp and click Next.
