In Jharkhand's West Singhbhum district, a man allegedly killed his wife and two minor daughters with an axe. The accused person has been arrested. According to the police, the accused was in an intoxicated state during the incident. The incident took place on the intervening night of Monday and Tuesday in Ludrabasa village of Mufassil police station area.

According to the information, Gurucharan Padia, living in Ludrabasa, is addicted to drinking alcohol. He often had fights with his wife Jano regarding this matter. He returned home late at 2.30 in the night after drinking alcohol. A dispute started with his wife regarding this matter. The dispute escalated so much that Padia attacked Jano with an axe. The elder daughter (five years old) woke up after hearing her mother's screams. When she came to her mother, she also started screaming after seeing her.

Seeing this, Padia also attacked his daughter with an axe. When Padia was not satisfied even with the murder of his mother and daughter, he killed his other one year old daughter who was sleeping in the other room in a similar manner. Then he slept there. On the other hand, when the neighbors suspected that something wrong had happened in Padia's house, they also reached there. They were blown away after seeing the view inside. The police was immediately informed about this.

The police reached the spot and arrested the accused. Also, all three bodies were taken into custody and sent for post-mortem. Accused Padia will be presented in the court on Wednesday. At present his interrogation is going on.

Such incidents happened earlier also, intoxication became the reason.

Let us tell you that this is not the first case of murder under the influence of alcohol in Jharkhand. In fact, even before this, alcohol intoxication has been responsible in many incidents. Earlier, similar news had come from Chainpur in Gumla district of Jharkhand. Here in Katkahi Mahua Toli village under Chainpur police station area, a man named Deepak Tirkey attacked his own wife Saroj with an ax for stopping her from drinking alcohol. The wife died in this attack.
