Wabetainfo, a website that keeps an eye on the upcoming features of WhatsApp, has given information about the redesigned drawing editor. According to the report, WhatsApp beta for Android 2.24.9.6 update available on Google Play Store has revealed that the company is redesigning the drawing edit.

A screenshot is also given in the report. It shows a redesigned drawing editor. According to the screenshot, the WhatsApp drawing editor is integrated into the bottom bar for brushes and color tools across the screen. It will be brought with the upcoming update.

Currently, the color bar is found at the top of the screen in the drawing editor. It becomes quite difficult to access it on larger displays. However, in a future update, the redesigned drawing editor will spice up the editing experience by bringing this tool to the bottom of the screen. Keep in mind that WhatsApp users get the facility to select from a palette of 24 default colors. It will also make color selection easier by simplifying navigation through the available color options.
