US Murder Suspect Spotted Eating Victim's Face, Claims Something 'Possessed Him'

Las Vegas: A man has been accused of killing another man at a bus stop near the Las Vegas strip. According to a report, the police said that the accused murdered the man and then ate parts of his face.
The incident took place at 5 am on Sunday on Las Vegas Boulevard near Charleston Boulevard. The 29-year-old man, Colin Czech, reportedly tackled the victim to the ground.
After receiving a call around 45 minutes later, the police arrived at the scene and found Czech kneeling next to the victim with "biological matter in his hair, mouth and on his clothing," the report said. The call received by the police reportedly said that one man, later identified as Czech, was on top of another man at a bus stop and was "eating" the other man's face.
The victim, Kenneth Brown, was taken to the hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead. Czech claimed to have been attacked by Brown.
Brown had a large cut to a portion his head and he was missing an eye and ear, the report said.
In police custody, Czech said that he had been awake for five days straight when the incident occured, claiming that something was "possessing him". The police also noted that Czech was going in and out of consciousness in their custody.
Czech confessed to the police that he used his teeth to eat the man's eyeballs and ears, the report said while quoting documents.
Czech did not appear in the Las Vegas Justice Court on Monday as he was reportedly in the hospital.
